Executive Chef Ted Peters of The Gallery by Remington Hotels is the mastermind behind Verdea, bringing his culinary experience to aid in the rejuvenation of the restaurant. With 17years of experience in the fine dining industry, Peters is a gourmet-cuisine veteran of international repute. He has made a name for himself by cooking at the James Beard House in New York, hosting renowned wine festivals, appearing on distinguished committees and judging panels, as well as immersing himself in local charities and gracing the pages of publications like Wall Street Journal, Maxim magazine and Ocean Drive.
